State CTE Qualifiers Recognized by Board of Trustees Students who are involved in CTE organizations have many opportunities to sharpen their leadership and technical skills through competitions. So far this year, 13 Comal ISD students have qualified for state competitions in just a few CTE organizations including FFA, FCCLA and HOSA.
