School Age Child Care (SACC) Enrollment, Now Open for 2022-23 School Year School-aged children are welcome to register today for Comal ISD's year round child care program for the 2022-23 school year. Conveniently located at each of the district's 18 elementary campuses, SACC operates each day school is in session during the school year and offers a full-day summer program at seven rotating sites.
