2022-23 Federal Impact Aid Survey Available on Skyward Under Title VIII of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, the Comal Independent School District is eligible for Federal Impact Aid funds as the district enrolls students whose parents are active-duty military or work as civilians employed on Federal property. In order to apply for these funds, it is necessary that to collect this information from parents who may fall into one of these two categories.
