Welcome to 8th Grade Reading & Language Arts at PRMS!
I’m Mrs. Ehler, and I’m so excited to spend this year learning, laughing, and growing with you. This is my 21st year teaching (yes, I started before TikTok even existed!) and my 6th year here at PRMS.

When I’m not teaching, you can usually find me:
📚 Getting lost in a good mystery novel (the twistier, the better!)
🕵️‍♀️ Binge-watching true crime documentaries and trying to solve the case before the detectives do
🌳 Spending time outdoors with my family — especially if it involves fresh air and sunshine and water
✈️ Traveling to new places and collecting unforgettable memories

I believe reading and writing aren’t just school skills — they’re life skills that can help you understand yourself, the world, and even the people around you. This year, we’ll dive into incredible stories, share our own voices through writing, and challenge ourselves to think in new ways.

So grab your composition notebook, your curiosity, and a willingness to try new things… it’s going to be a great year!
